Sweet Relief for Tight Hips

In this 2-hour workshop, you’ll be guided through a playful yet focused blend of movement techniques inspired by yoga, Pilates and functional mobility training, all designed to release tension and create greater freedom in the hips and lower body. Through mindful movement and mobility work, we’ll explore ways to unlock tight hips, increase range of motion and bring more ease into the body.
This workshop is perfect if you:
• Sit at a desk and experience stiffness or tightness in your hips
• Train regularly and want a deeper release to support recovery
• Experience hip discomfort or limited mobility
• Carry tension in your hips, pelvis or lower back
• Simply want to move in a new way and create more space in your body
You’ll leave with practical tools and simple techniques you can continue using to improve flexibility, support mobility and bring more freedom to your movement long after the workshop.
