1. Booking & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Places are limited and allocated on a first come first served basis. Your place is only confirmed once full payment has been received. Early bird pricing is available for a limited time. The price paid at the time of booking applies to your place

2. Cancellation by Participant

All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. If you are unable to attend you may transfer your place to another qualified yoga teacher subject to approval. Please contact Aya as soon as possible. Transfer requests must be made no later than 2 weeks before the course start date‍ ‍

3. Cancellation by Course Provider

In the unlikely event that the course is cancelled by Aya, participants will receive a full refund of all monies paid. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation Aya reserves the right to cancel the course if minimum numbers are not met. A full refund will be issued in this event Aya reserves the right to change course dates, venue or online platform where necessary. Participants will be given as much notice as possible and offered the option to transfer to new dates or receive a full refund

4. Attendance & Certification

‍ ‍100% attendance is required to receive your certificate of completion. If you miss a session due to exceptional circumstances please contact Aya as soon as possible to discuss your options.

5. Course Delivery

All sessions are delivered live. Nothing is pre-recorded. Online sessions are delivered via Zoom. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a suitable device, stable internet connection and appropriate space to participate. Aya reserves the right to make reasonable changes to course content, guest lecturers and session structure where necessary. Guest lecturers are subject to availability and may change without notice

6. Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully Aya, guest lecturers and fellow participants at all times. All course materials are for personal use only and must not be reproduced, shared or sold without written permission

7. Accessibility

Please notify Aya of any accessibility requirements at the time of booking so appropriate arrangements can be made. The in person venue is on the ground floor with a double width entrance, a portable ramp is available at the entrance step on request. (Please let Aya know in advance)

8. Recording & Photography

Online sessions may be recorded by Aya for quality purpose. Participants will be notified in advance. Participants must not record any part of the course without prior written consent from Aya. No photography or recording of fellow participants is permitted without their explicit consent

9. Data Protection

Personal data collected during booking will be held securely and used only for administering the course. Data will not be shared with third parties without your consent You have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting Aya directly.

10. Liability

Aya accepts no liability for any loss, injury or damage sustained by participants.
